I know how it feels to lose trust in your own inner voice, and I believe passionately that Person-centred counselling can be a powerful support to gain back that trust. Perhaps you struggle to make sense of the way you were parented. Perhaps you have experienced an abusive or toxic relationship or a major life event that felt like it pulled the rug from under you. Perhaps there are a combination of factors that bring you to consider counselling. I offer a free consultation, as I understand that you need to find the right fit for you.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of BACP.
I am also qualified in Youth and Community Work and have considerable experience working with children and young people. I am fluent in British Sign Language. I have training in, and personal experience with neurodivergence, and am happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments that you may need to get the most from your counselling.
Many of my clients have experienced situations of abuse, either as adults or children. I work with a number of domestic abuse agencies and have a particular understanding of narcissistic abuse.
I am trained to counsel online and by telephone, as well as face-to-face.
