We are discreetly housed in a large blue building in the centre of Falmouth on Arwenack Street. Simply open the white door signed 'the Bird House' and enter the alley way; there will be further signs to guide you into the building.

All buses to Falmouth finish at The Moor, and The Bird House is approximately 7

minutes walk from the bus stop along a flat town centre road. Similarly, Falmouth Town train station is approximately 7 minutes’ walk from the other direction. You may find that google maps places us on the wrong side of the road, so please refer to the image to the left as a reference.

There is space to leave your bike just inside the building by the bottom of the stairs if you choose to come this way, however this is at your own risk so please take the precaution of locking it up while there.

There are one hour free parking spaces often available on the road directly above at New Street. The pay and display car parks – Grove Place, Church Street and Well Lane – are all within 5 minutes’ walk.

Please allow plenty of time to park, particularly in summer when it can become very busy.

If you arrive early, there is a waiting room ahead of you as you reach the top of the first flight of stairs. You will also find the toilets on the second floor that you are welcome to use.
