Background and Qualifications

I help clients deal creatively with relationships and life transitions as well as with more acute issues like anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. As a depth therapist, I support you to connect with your own inner world which nurtures your intuition, creativity, self awareness and ultimately your trust and confidence in yourself and your journey. I am committed to creating a safe space in which you can feel and reflect deeply, a space that supports the insight, catharsis and meaning-making you may be seeking.

In my work with couples, I provide a safe place to explore and deal with relationship issues. I am trained in the psychobiological approach to couples' therapy which emphasizes understanding the role our nervous systems play in our intimate relationships. This helps us undo patterns of reactivity. learn how to repair ruptures and develop deeper intimacy.
